57 chevy drag cars8/14/2023 Priced has been dropped for a quick sale so I can finish another project. It was also featured in the Ladies in Motorsports magazine alone with a Street Rodder Top 100. This car has won numerous awards at the World of Wheels including 2 class championships and other shows that it has been entered in. The seats were reworked with red leather and custom ZZ57 badges. The interior consist of smoothed dash with carbon fiber inserts, Dakota Digital dash and chrome I-did-it column, Billet Specialties carbon fiber steering wheel, Pioneer stereo, Custom red leather by Steve Holcombe at Pro Auto Interiors in Knoxville, TN. The transmission is a 4L60E and polished drive shaft. Hooker ceramic coated headers, March drive system and Vintage Air and a Griffin radiator. The engine is a 2004 GTO LS1 with chrome aluminum intake, Street & Performance chrome oil pan and throttle body. Coy wheels were used with 18 x 8 fronts and 20 x 14 on the rear. Chassis and components were powder coated red. It has an independent front end by Street Rod Garage, rear is ladder bar with coil overs, 9 inch Ford rear end with 3:50 posi track, 31 spline Moser axles and Wilwood brakes, chrome CPP offset power master cylinder. ![]() The strips run over the car, underside, headliner, trunk and glove box. The paint is PPG pewter with custom red stripes. It has one off fiberglass inner fender panels. The hood is a fiberglass cowl hood with aluminum hood hinges. It also features a custom one off carbon fiber grill with billet grill bar and running lights. It has custom exhaust with one off Spin Tech mufflers and tailpipes that exit thru the rear bumper, and tubbed rear wheel wells. The door handles are shaved, one piece bumpers and custom built roll pans. This ad features a 1957 Chevrolet 2 door Hardtop. So I don’t know the reason I just know I have the valid Pink Slip. First off the Car was purchased in 2000 it does not have an original VIN tag but one that was assigned to it from the California DMV, when I inquired about the new VIN tag I received several explanations ranging from theft recovery to family court dispute.
